Return Policy: We offer a 90-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receiving the shipment. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
For a standard return request, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once the product is received, our staff will refund you based on the method of payment you used. We do not refund the shipping fees if we have already shipped the product. DIY Door Store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product cost. Special Order and Custom-made products are non-returnable, if damages occur request a replacement in the form below.
