ODL/Western 20/Pkg White Frame Plugs

When the door is 20+ years old and you don't know who made it, it's hard from the photo on the web to know whether the plug is a good fit. This is not DIY's fault; it's just the problem with some kinds of on-line purchases -- which I don't begrudge because these plugs are very hard to find. For me, it was an "ok but not great" fit, and a little drop of glue was needed to secure each one. From 12", you can tell it's the wrong size. From 5' away, this isn't observable, so I'm ok with the result. I'm not repairing a door in a luxury hotel or golf course clubhouse, so I'm not going to try to find a more perfect plug. DIY shipped it promptly, by the way, which I appreciated.

I called to confirm that they were what I had been looking for and the representative was wonderful, professional and so very helpful. He took my order on the phone and sent it out within one day. Removed the 15 lite glass inserts from a pair of corroded Stanley exterior residential steel doors that were manufactured in 2002 and installed those glass inserts into new fiberglass frames. These screw hole plugs were not a perfect replacement for the old Stanley frames but they were real close. The apex of these plugs stuck up a tiny bit above the frame so I shaved them flush with a razor blade. After paint was applied they look as good as the originals.

The first set of plugs I ordered were too long (RPBTSCAP Therma-Tru 18/Pkg BTS White Frame Plugs). The ODL/Western plugs were the correct size. Keegan helped me determine the correct size and provided very helpful assistance. Appreciated his help.

These look great and for very snug and look great. No space to fill so looks perfect

They were what was described except about 4 or 5 of them were defective so I couldn't use them.

Before we recently had some painting done, the painter suggested finding some plugs to cover the screw holes on our French doors. I found these and they worked great. When you get up close you can tell they are not a perfect match, but I am still so pleased. Plugging those holes and painting the plastic frames that had turned yellow over the past 20+ years made a world of difference. Added plus is I have extras, just in case. Thank you!!

I had an old Reliabilt door that was missing several frame plugs. These worked very well. I can no longer see the screws. I had contacted Lowes for replacements, but got nowhere. So thanks for offereing these to your customers.
