The product ordered is exactly what I needed. I tried numerous local sources without any success. I wish that I would have started @ DIYDoorStore as it would have saved me time & money.
My order was taken, shipped and received as promised by the DoorStore saving all the efforts that I needed to accomplish to do a excellent install. The gentleman in customer service is the benchmark for which all customer services should use when dealing with the customer. He was literate, easy to understand and exceptional in his understanding of my particular situation.
