Due to concerns with COVID-19, UPS, FedEx and USPS is unable to guarantee on-time shipments but is working hard to deliver packages as quickly as possible. Thank you!

We offer free shipping on any USPS order over $74.95. We also offer free shipping on six or more Frames (no glass).  Shipping rates apply to Contiguous United States only.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items. Return shipping costs may be more than the initial shipping cost.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii need to contact our sales team for custom shipping rates.


Customers need to call to get pricing for international shipments.  Customer is responsible for duties and taxes associated with their order.

To make a damage claim please email pictures of your damaged product(s) including the order number in the subject line with a brief explanation of your damages to [email protected]. Please allow 1-2 business days for a customer service representative to contact you about your claim. All damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receiving shipment(s).


Please note that any special-order items/products placed are subject to take up to 3-4+ weeks of lead time before shipping out of our warehouse. The customer will be notified by email once the order does ship.


Please note that any cancellations of special ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


We accept returns within 90 days of the date the order is shipped to the customer.  Please note that any orders that are sent to us after the 90 days will not get a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, which are often higher than the shipping rate we charge when an order is placed.  Once the product is received, our staff will refund you based on the method of payment you used.  Your refund will only be for the price of the product.  We do not refund the shipping fees if we have already shipped the product. DIY Door Store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product cost. 

Custom made products based on the customers measurements are non-returnable.  We will provide you a quote with the details of the order prior to placing the order.  This includes products such as, but not limited to aluminum storm doors, vinyl, wood, or steel frame inserts, and vinyl, wood or steel glass inserts.
