great young man on the phone who helped me understand how to replace the item. I am 83 yrs young and no one could help me get the item to replace the sweep even Home Depot. The only answer I ever got was Trapp was out of business with no solution. Thanks again to your salesman and I will use you again for any other kind of replacement needs first on household items.
