Taylor #1 Nylon Garage Door Roller Hinge

This hinge was used on Taylor Encore and Taylorcore garage doors. It is used to connect the bottom panel to the second panel. This hinge accepts a roller and is used on the ends of the panel.

I successfully replaced a broken hinge with this one barely. There were no directions on how to do the replacement correctly and safely. One of the bolts that hold the hinge to the door is under the shaft of the roller. I had to install that bolt without a washer that was originally there in order to slide the shaft through.
