Great product that fit perfectly. The instructional video on the website is exactly what steps it takes to install. I found similar products locally but none offered the energy efficient glass. Shipping was fast but 3 louvres were bent on one of the pieces I received and was short one screw hole plug. Also the screws provided were too long to use the plugs so I had to reuse my old screws that were slightly shorter. Aside from these minor issues I am pleased with the product and highly recommend this product.

Great product - watch the video! My friend and I did two windows in 30 minutes. I would offer these steps: 1) Loosen all of the old screws but don't remove them. 2) Slide a new razor knife blade around the interior and exterior of the old frame to free it from the old paint and caulk. 3) With a friend helping to catch the window, remove the screws (one at the top last). 4) Remove the interior frame and push the window out. 5) Clean up the opening and install the new window.

Recieved the window in about two days from time of order. Very easy installation and fit perfectly for my door. Saved me from having to order new doors and was able to just replace the broken window.

My house flooded during hurricane Harvey with 4 feet of water and got water between the panes of glass in the patio doors. Fast shipping. Inserts arrived without any damage and all hardware indcluded. As these were replacement inserts for door glass without blinds, it was as simple as removing screws from old glass inserts, placing new inserts in place and screwing them in.
