I have had this item installed for a week now. It was easy to install. It seems to be water tight however it has not rained yet.

Incredibly Easy
I cannot stress enough how EASY these windows were to install. My husband and I are barely novice do-it-your-selfers, and we tend to give up and hire pros to do most projects. These were very straightforward, and maybe took us two hours for two windows (a lot of which was removing old caulk.) The windows are very high quality and look great. The only word of caution I have is that the instructions and online video are generic, and do not necessarily correspond with your window. Both the video and instructions say to use butyl based compounding glaze caulk....and it took us awhile to figure out this is not necessary on these particular windows. They have a caulk-like substance already on them. Would not hesitate to order from this company again!
