Perfect! The existing glass in my entry door shattered. The door itself was fine and there was really no need to change the entire door. I found this alternative while researching what I could get as an energy efficient 9 Lite alternative that would correctly fit in my existing door. Local building supply stores were going to have to order one and they didn't seem to sure about the fit. If was clear in reading about this one, that it would fit just as the original did and give me all the features I wanted. It was delivered right to my house in just a few days. Packaged safely, it arrived as described. It fit perfectly and easily into my door. In short, this is a great product and I could not be happier. Replacement project done! Thanks

Trying to replace an early 1990's door insert that had yellowed, warped and cracked, so that it wasn't even safe and we had huge heat gain through the western facing window during the afternoon. Previous insert was 1/8 plate glass. I wasn't able to find this replacement at any local stores. I loved that this description was so specific on dimensions. The product was just as described. We are looking forward to the low-e coating and insulated 1/2 glass as a significant upgrade and energy saver. We have already noticed it to be much cooler in the entry room it services. Product was well packaged and delivered promptly. Instructions were good. Install was straight forward. Lifetime warranty. Can't beat the value and convenience.

Superior quality, perfect fit. Exceeded my hopes of ever finding suitable replacements for our aged door glass. I recommend these to any DIYer who wants an exact replacement fit.

Terrific product. Easy to install. Looks and installs exactly as described. The only reason why I gave 4-stars instead of 5 is because it took a long time to arrive (about 3 weeks). This was because I ordered at a time when they were moving to a new warehouse after much of their inventory was destroyed in their old warehouse. I didn't know this until after I placed the order.

First item received was boxed wrong; I received only a window frame without the glass. This was supposed to be glass with frame and you can see the box shows it should have the glass too. A replacement item was shipped the next business day. No hassles. Transaction was addressed in a friendly manner. This bodes well for their customer service. Correct item was received, item was as expected/described. Kudos for a job well done. The handling of the mistake in boxing (the box was marked as though the correct item was inside, description and part number on the exterior label was correct). The error was not their fault. Highly recommended.
