Fast Shipping. Order arrived in good condition. The description is somewhat confusing, however. Grids on the inside means the grids are between the two panes of glass. Since my door has grids on the interior and exterior of the door, I assumed that the replacement glass also came with a grid to replace the original interior grid. Oh well, ordered the correct one which should be here in a couple of days. When in doubt, call!

I was so happy to find the replacement glass with INTERNAL grids for my doors. For years I have wanted to replace the glass with EXTERNAL grids in our two doors. The plastic had yellowed and cracked and the external grids made keeping the glass clean a major pain. To replace two5 doors would be very expensive, so I’ve just lived with it. I called customer service, which was fantastic and very helpful, and the glass with frames arrived in 3 or 4 days, well packaged with no damage. And is much better quality than the original . Highly recommended. Happy, happy, happy

I broke the glass insert of my door and called around looking for someone to repair it which was very expensive. I found this website and contacted customer service who helped me order exactly what I needed. It arrived quickly with no damage. My husband was able to install it very easily. It looks beautiful and I am definitely happy with this purchase. It saved me about 400.00 replacing it this way.

my order arrived really fast. Less than a week. one of the frames was broken in 2 places. Given the nature of my facilties it was better for me to repair than to return. Also, the shipment was delivered to my home when I was not there so I was not able to inspect and send back when it was delivered. I will continue to use this service. Not sure if it could be packed better. I'm sure it was mishandled by the shipper

Great Product

I was extremely pleased with my door glass replacement. Granted, I broke the initial replacement during installation by slightly over tightening the frame, but the second one arrived quickly, was easy to install, and looks exactly as the original. Make sure to NOT over tighten, and you will do fine.

Kids will be kids

My son and daughter shattered the outside pane of my Larson exterior back door. No one was hurt because the door glass stayed intact, but spider webbed instantly. I found several replacement options online, all close to the same price. I went with this one from diy door store and I’m very happy with it. I optioned for the upgrade with the trellis between the glass instead of outside. I’m very impressed with the fit and finish. The shipping container was very good too, as UPS did their level best to test the integrity and impact strength of the box. The box was destroyed on arrival, and I assumed a return due to a broken door, but nope! The packing was very well thought out and clearly designed by someone who understands how these items will be handled by delivery drivers. All in all this was a 6 stars out of 5 purchase. Hoping not to need this store again, but if I do have another broken door glass, I won’t go anywhere else.

French Door Window

Missing Hardware

No issues with the window or installation. It is as advertised. However both packages of hardware are short items. Screw package is one screw short and the package with the screw hole covers is one short as well.
