Great find!
When we painted our front door, we realized that the frame on our window was yellowed and cracked. We were disappointed to find that the arches were also cut into the door, meaning we could only replace the window with exactly the same thing. This item was a difficult find and we're happy that this site has it available. It was inexpensive compared to the cost of replacing an entire front door unit and it was relatively easy to replace, especially after watching this company's video on how to do it. A couple of things that buyers should be aware of: 1) The screws that come with the unit are too short by ~3/4 inch. They do not even go all the way through the frame to be able to connect to the opposite side. Even weirder, the unit arrives with 2 screws in it to keep it secure during transit and those screws are the correct size. We kept the screws from our old unit and used those. 2) Our unit had a number of black marks on the frame when we opened the box. This was disappointing since the frame was the real reason we made this purchase. We were able to buff out the marks using a kitchen scrub pad. 3) We caulked the inside frame before we installed and we caulked around the outside once installed. The overall size of the frame of the arches was a few millimeters shorter than our old one. Overall, a great find that allowed us to save money, easy to install.

Perfect!
This is such a hard part to find and you had it and saved me from having to engineer a wooden replacement or buy a new front door in our new home! Ours was left badly cracked and warped by the previous homeowner who had painted it black and let it melt in the sun. Your product arrived quickly, and the glass was already affixed to the frame so the install was super simple and a perfect fit. All I had to do was tighten some screws. Thank you so much for stocking this product.

Very Satisfied
Excellent replacement window. Very hard to find part. I had to replace a unit that had warped from the sun. Fit perfect. Shipping was prompt and product was very thoroughly packed to avoid damage. Very happy with my purchase.

Arch Shape needs a TEMPLATE
I recently installed one of your Arch Shaped Glass & White Frame units and realized that the cutout needed to have the arch shapes cut into my steel door. The glass on the unit is a Rectangular shape BUT the glass extends outside the lower arch curves therefore exposing the lower areas of the arch IF you were to cut the opening the shape of the glass rectangle!!!!! The edges of the glass also extend beyond the outer edges of the arches which would expose the ends if a rectangle were cut out. SOLUTION- I made a template from cardboard to replicate the arch shaped frame and cut it just inside the outer dimensions of the frame - It worked and the install went pretty good after that. I did call your company while I was in the process of installing but they did not have any specific info to give me concerning the difference in cutting out for the arch shaped opening. Therefore PLEASE make a paper template to include with your arch shaped kits so the DIY installer (like me) will have something to accurately layout the necessary cut. It would be a good idea to use a template for any kit you sell for the smaller units so people will not have to do the math on the proper size opening required. NOTE: If you provide the template MAKE SURE you state in the directions that once placed on the first side to drill a small locator hole at each corner through the door to the other side to use for setting up the template when the door is turned over for cutting. Feel free to contact me if further explanation is needed 856-816-7345
