This is a high quality well priced window insert. Before purchasing I had a question about the window. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got through to the friendly staff who answered my question thoroughly. The unit was safely packed and came quickly. Thanks for the great service and product!

DIY was the only distributor that had this item for my old entry door. It was easy to order on line, and I received it within a week. Great service!

Great Quality

Oddly I bought this insert to cut into the lower part of my door. It goes opposite our dog door so the pooch has a window to look out. While not the intended purpose it worked great with a bit of added water proofing due to the position.

Perfect fit

My current front door had this style/size window in it that the plastic around the frame had distorted due to there being no ventilation from a storm door without a screen in it. The heat proved too much over the years. I was able to figure out what I needed and ran across this site that had it in stock. The window arrived packed very well and in perfect shape. It fit the bill perfectly. Thank you.
