1. The product is absolutely fine! Fits great 2. Neither the Depot or Lowe’s could help me get the replacement window. Round and round with part timers and Dept mgrs. clueless 3. DIY has better prices than what the stores quoted, even though the stores eventually couldn’t even get the window 4. Great service at DIY. Even though I made a mistake on my order, THEY fixed it, and got me the right size IMMEDIATELY. 5. My recommendation is to call DIY and talk to a human. Website is fine for ordering, but if you are a stupid homeowner like me, you may miss something, like the glass thickness. They are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Since the grills on our door were cracked and broken I considered replacing the whole door. Then I found these replacement grills.Replacing the grills was very easy was a perfect fit. After painting it made the door look brand new. I would highly recommend these to anyone facing the same situation.

New homeowner

First of all, thank goodness for DIY doors for this wonderful product. I first purchased two French door frames. I don't know how I installed the first one by myself but I did it. I'm over 50 and quite handy but it was a bear and man I was covered in caulking, but it did it. The next two I solicited help and glad I did. Be patient and you will be fine. We-40 and glass cleaner work well to remove smudges from the glass, and you..lol I am so happy. Looks like I have three brand new doors. Totally worth the money. Quality is great and you get everything you need. You won't regret it.!!!!!
