Great customer service, shipped and arrived on time. Fit perfect to replace cracked old one. Saved replacing the entire door. Paint it first, much easier when it is not on the class. Do the back so you do not see it thru the glass.

Good quality plastic frame and fit perfectly with my existing glass and Stanley door. Only issue is 3 of the alignment pins broke during shipping. I managed to assemble, but recommend better packaging.

Excellent Replacement Frame

My exterior door window frame was cracked and buckled. I checked the price of replacing the whole door and no way!. I chose this product and was totally pleased. It fit great. The standard size that I ordered from another company did not fit so I had to go with slim size. Make sure and measure accurately. There is very little wiggly room. I highly recommend this company and this product. This is a 2 person installation.

Easy job. Save money.

The frame arrived quickly and I was able to replace the old one relatively easily. Total cost about $100. I suggest removing the door and laying it flat in order to prevent the window from falling out during the process. After removing the inside piece of the old frame from the glass, I made a number of cuts through the outside frame with a coping saw to make small pieces that were easier to remove. The old caulk was tough. All told I am very pleased with the result and I will use the DIY Door Store again if needed.

Fit my ThermaTru nicely. We bought the unit without glass; reusing our dual pane glass. I found I could get the old storm damaged grill off the glass by laying it flat and pouring a little lacquer thinner on it. This loosened the old sealant enough to slide a putty knife in between the old grill and the glass. The new grill took a spray coat of enamel very well.

Window Frame Satisfaction

I received the entry door window frame promptly after ordering it. The old frame was snapped from overly aggressive door activity. Four alignment posts were snapped on the new frame; but after consulting with Keegan about the issue, he explained that the posts were solely for the purpose of shipping. This was not a factor for the integrity of the window frame, as it went together very well after screwing into place with the old window between it. I would order again if needed. I have a door sweep on order from them as well, and will send a review after installing that. Keegan was very friendly and helpful when I called with my concern.
