We received this window packed wonderfully. Upon opening the box the window was secured. It was amazing how this window came apart and we were able to put the window in our front door in less than 1/2 hour. It looks great. We are very pleased with our purchase. I wish I could send the photos I took of the finished product. I am so glad I found this company on the internet. If I needed another window, I would definitely order it from them. Order this window Friday afternoon, was shipped on Monday, arrived to Texas from Michigan on Wednesday. Packaging was good and intact. Took about 20 minutes to remove old window and replace with the new one. I like the single handle to raise and lower the blinds with a small reversal in direction to open or close the blind blades.

I bought this to replace the original door window because you can clean in between the glass. It was easy to install and I've had no problems.

The install was as easy as one could ask for. Getting the old window out took longer. The blind raises and lowers effortlessly Long term quality remains to be seen. But overall I'm very satisfied with the product so far.

I really needed this widow bad . I looked all over the internet and found DIY. The price was amazing, but how was the rest was my question. I checked reviews like your normally do and it was all good. I measured my old windo in the door again just to be sure. Then went for it and ordered it. DIY shipped it really fast and Im in Ca not close at all. When it arrived The box was damaged and as I carefully sled the window out I noticed the main frame was cracked, all due to shipping. I called them and the answered right away showed them a pic and with no questions asked that day they shipped me another one. The new one got to me fast also and was perfect. Now to see if it fit and how hard to instal. It took 15 min to take my old window out and instal my new DIY shaded window. It fit perfect as well.
