Looks Good
Ordered this frame because out old one was cracked and missing parts of the plastic. This came quick after being ordered. Fits great and was easy to install, within reason. Must be careful not to drop glass. Only downfall, there was a crack in one of the frame outlines. It was most likely from shipping but I was still disappointed because that was the reason for ordering it. To get rid of the cracked pieces. Wasn't worth the return or exchange to me to possibly get another cracked frame, so I did use it. Looks nice and from far back, you can't see the crack.

Great product
This product is easy to install, cut perfect and works great. It took me about 20 minutes to install the new frame on the door window.

Amazing product, Amazing Customer Service
The previous owner of our house purposely broke the frames in our doors. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire doors... until we found these! They fit perfect and saved us thousands of dollars! Couldn't be happier. Side note, I had a question about shipping and called DIY Doorstore. They answered immediately and were extremely helpful in answering my question. I told the gentleman I would be placing the order online shortly, and he said he would keep an eye out for it and get it processed asap. I was thrilled to get the shipping notification email within an hour of placing my order. Amazing customer service!

Shipping was great. The frame was easy to put in and it looks fantastic. Fit perfectly. Glad we verified the size or we would have ordered the wrong size. Just missing one of the plugs...

Ordered the white door frames for my two patio glass doors, five year ago. They have held up GREAT! Top quality...,no fading,cracking,warping. Easy installation fit perfect. Thank you guys very much

Very Satisfied
Quickly delivered & well packaged. Purchased two grilles for exterior French doors. Watched the DoorStore installation video which was very helpful. Wife and I took down, removed 40 year old grille, detail cleaned door and window, and installed new grille in a little over 3 hours for the 1st and 2 hours for the second. Very nice product, we'd recommend.

Easy install cheapest fix
Perfect. Exactly what i needed. My dog destroyed the old frame but the glass was still good. Simply to remove old glass and put new frame with old glass. Like new again. Arrived within a few days. Was missing a few screw plugs but i emailed and they sent them 2 days later. Awesome customer service
