Order the wrong size insert

I measured and measured again. Then, I inadeptly ordered the incorrect size glass insert, 80z20 rather than the 80x22 I actually needed. Totally my fault, Ugg! DYI Door Store asked the right questions, I was not careful enough. I called DYI DS Support and boy were they awesome!! Keegan walked through the return process ands helped with shipping labels, ordering the correct inserts and making this big problem into no problem at all minus some additional shipping costs. I think I am now a customer for life and would recommend DYI Door Store to anyone that values good customer service. Cautionary tale, double check your order to make certain you ordered what you intended.
