The frames were a perfect fit for a 27 year old Therma-Tru door with 1/2 thick glass. The advertised dimensions were accurate. The original frames had cracked from morning sun exposure.

Great product & service

I looked over the product info on your website for what I thought I needed, but decided to call to clarify and ask a few questions. I spoke with Keagan, who was very professional and most helpful. I placed an order with Keagan for one lite frame for my front door side lite window. My old framed was cracked and needed replacing. The new one was exactly what I needed and it fit together excellent. I also painted both the exterior and interior portions of the frame. I did prime it first, although I think it was not needed, but did it anyway. Looks really nice! I had never replaced one of these before, but found how to info on various web sites and was able to easily remove the old frame and install the new one. Keagan also helped to ensure that the shipping charge was accurate, since shipping to our area in Alaska is often expensive and cumbersome. It did arrive promptly and in good shape, box intact and the product undamaged. I'm quite pleased with the product and service; I had a very positive first time experience with your company. Thanks again for your assistance Keagan. Much appreciated!

Great customer service

We have a 20 year old door with two sidelites that needed replacing unexpectedly due to a dog that chewed the framing around the window. A contractor wanted way too much money so we researched the size and what we needed. This replacement was perfect. The description was precise and when we ran into a little issue, customer service was terrific. The frame and glass came very well packaged and I would definitely buy from DIY doors again for future needs.

Can't get any better...

Items I ordered arrived sooner than I imagined. Items were a higher quality than the original parts on my door. They were boxed in a way that ensured they would not be damaged. When you're shopping things like this, you have no way of knowing,(through a computer interface), what you're getting. This is the good stuff. I don't know what more I could ask for.
