The frames didn't take long to arrive. Front & back pieces were snapped together when they arrived. On Two of the frame's, a plastic connector pieces broke when we pulled them apart but it didn't affect how the frame set in the window or how it held the glass especially since after it was installed we caulked the edges of the frame. It took two people to install each window frame but once I got the hang of it they were fairly easy to install and easy to paint.

Painted old frames a dark brown and later found how using a dark color paint caused the frame to twist and crack. Replacement frames not only fit perfect, but were better designed to be sturdy and hold up much better than the originals.

So glad I found your site! I did not think I'd be able to fine these frames for my older door. I got both frames for what the local glass place wanted for one. Super fast shipping and a great product. Fit and quality are perfect! I couldn't be happier! Oh and you do NOT need to bore out the female hole on the one frame as the previous reviewer stated. The screws pass through the holes just fine. Thank you so much, gave my door a face lift!

I was told there were no options to replace the inset window frames. To have all the glass insets match the door and side window, I would have had to buy more than necessary. I found this website and these frames. While the price was a bit steep for what they are, they fit well, assembled with bit of effort and knowledge but have worked well. No complaints. Will recommend to others and would do business again. Thank you!

After ordering received it quickly; I ordered the glass sealant too. This fit precisely in my existing door and was easy to install - you will need a power screwdriver. It even contains a tiny groove for the sealant bead to sit in; the old frame had caulking over the screw holes, this came with screw hole covers. This was a much more affordable option than a new wooden door, replaced the prior frame which was 20 years old had warped and cracked due to being painted black and in direct sunlight behind a glass storm door. We sanded, primed and painted the door white though this version apparently is of new material which will handle extreme heat better. I found an online video showing installation instructions which was helpful. Highly recommend, couldn't be happier!

Perfect fit, just make sure you hone out the female end of the attachment. It is too tight for the screw that is required to install these frames. Instruction to do the same would be beneficial. Otherwise , great service. Oh!, also make sure the Screws and plugs are included. When we received the product , we had to call again for screws. Not a big issue, the Company sent these items out for next day delivery. Otherwise, would certainly do business with these folks again.
