Taylor #2 Nylon Garage Door Roller Hinge

This hinge was used on Taylor Encore and Taylorcore garage doors. It is used to connect the second panel to the third panel. This hinge accepts a roller and is used on the ends of the panel.

Perfect

This is a perfect replacement for the broken roller/hinge on my garage door. Also, the price was among the lowest I found online, and shipping was fast and inexpensive. I am a very satisfied customer.

Regarding the product - it is as expected and was very easy to install. Regarding the customer service - I needed more info than was on the website about this product and had emailed with questions - unfortunately, did not receive a reply. So, decided to call and WOW what excellent customer service! The person I spoke with was extra helpful with determining that the hinge could be used to replace the broken one I had. AND, gave me some installation tips... AND included some additional screws with the hinge at no charge. High praise for this gentleman - he was patient with my questions and made the garage door repair possible for this novice. Thanks again!

Solved my problem

Bought 2 of the #2 roller hinges to fix my garage door. They were a little harder to install than expected, but that might just be my door. I had to remove part of the track in order to remove the roller and get to the 3rd bolt and remove the old hinge. Easy install after that. Works great!

Hard to find

Found exactly the replacement hinge I needed, although the website explanation was not clear and I had to guess which number to order. I received NO call back response when I called and left message. (BTW, removal of that third bolt is a killer. Some instructions would be helpful.) Shipping was prompt and reasonable.
